    Hi I would only use one. Activating both to protect the same feature can cause more problems in the future.

    I would suggest this one because of the great reviews it has received. Also because of the many downloads it has already.

    This is how I choose my plugins and themes. I always look at the downloads, the support, the reviews, how often it gets updated and if it is up to date :).
