    Hi,

ERROR: Cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser. You must enable cookies to use WordPress.”

Do you have Enable Brute Force Attack Prevention: enabled located under Brute Force -> Cookie Based Brute Force Prevention: tab?

Do you have Enable Captcha On Login Page: enabled located under Brute Force -> Login Captcha tab?

Do you have a cache plugin installed in your site? If you do, did you exclude the login page from getting cached?

    Thank you

    Hi,

Do you have Enable Captcha On Login Page: enabled located under Brute Force -> Login Captcha tab?
    Ans:- Yes I do

Can you disable the above feature. Then carry out a test. If this works, then we know that the above feature does not work well in your site. If it does not work and you are still getting the following error message ”ERROR: Your answer was incorrect – please try again”, can you disable all other plugins except ours, then carry out a test.

    Let me know what happens.

    Thank you
