All in one WP Migration interface not displaying correctly – instead of the usual plugin interface for the Import, Export and Backups sub-menus of the plugin, I do see the plugin in the WP sidebar but when I click on any of the sub menus of the plugin I just see plain html text, and the functionality does not work. Also, there is a Settings sub menu (on my other sites where it displays correctly, I don’t see that sub menu), and the plugin icon is missing from the WP sidebar menu even though the text is there.

I have a fresh install of WordPress 5.3.1 on a dev site, the only active plugins are All-in-One WP Migration, All-in-One WP Migration Unlimited Extension, and Loginizer. I am using the default WordPress theme Twenty Twenty. This dev site is not live, I have switched to it using my local hosts file.

Check WordPress settings if site url and home url point to the same location.
If you have any ssl enforcers, try removing them – if the plugin works, the ssl configuration is not done correctly.
