php.part could not be saved because the source file could not be read.
Only happens in this plugin. Is there a solution?

The message means you’re trying, and failing, to download a file and save it to your computer via your web browser. Offhand I’m not sure any of that has anything to do with All in One SEO Pack.

wordpress 5.02 only runs on 2 test systems. The configurations of the entire installation were not changed after the update. Both have the same message. Changing the options in the XML Sitemap will easily apply the change.
In the online system, WordPress 4.9.9 runs Theme Storefront. Here the changes of the general settigs works without problems.
