All in one SEO pack

I’m a complete beginner, sorry for a silly question. I’ve installed this SEO pack, turned it on and now I’m not sure what to do next? Do I have to feel up the forms at the bottom of the pages with description, keywords etc.? In the instruction there was an information that beginners just have to install it. How do I now this is working?
