All in one plugin question

I am working on an all in one plugin for tasks that you usually do after a wp install. But these tasks are all over the place like; limiting revisions, implementing a simple honeypot to prevent comment spam, adding analytics code etc. etc.

Is there a rule that says a plugin should focus on one task, or can it do various things at once ?
