All-In-One Events Calendar Categories

I’m using the All-In-One Events Calendar plugin and want to submit events via Gravity Forms on the front end of the website. When using this I’m able to see the custom post type that it creates but not the event categories. It doesn’t look like the event categories are hidden at all (nothing that says public = false).

Anyone have any insight into this? I know All-In-One Event Calendar has their own front-end submission form but wanted to use Gravity Forms if possible.
