[All-in-One Event Calendar] Disable on-click pop-up in "Upcoming Events" widget

I am building a site that will involve multiple “Upcoming Events” widgets on different pages. I would like to know how to disable the on-click pop-ups.

Since the events that I will be listing are numerous and will not include extra information, the pop-up only re-iterates what is already visible. Is there a simple way that I can remove them?

I don’t know if those original posters and I were looking to do different things or if I just didn’t apply the changes correctly, but I have had no success.

I have a limited understanding of CSS and am in the process of learning – I greatly appreciate any help (or hand-holding) that is extended!
