All-in-One Event Calendar 1.9

  • When I attempt to active this plug-in, I get the following error:
    The plugin does not have a valid header.

    I am using the Twenty Twelve 1.1 theme.

    The current active plug-ins are:
    Absolute Privacy (active)
    All-in-One Event Calendar by Timely (inactive)
    Q and A FAQ and Knowledge Base for WordPress (active)
    WordPress FAQ Manager (inactive)

    Any idea what is happening?
