    Hi,

I’ve updated to the newest version of the calender and now I only see plain text and some photos without the proper lay out of the all in one calendar. If I’m logged in to my backend everything works fine. The problem only occurs when I’m logged out. Could you please help me to fix this?

  • Hi Caroline

I’m not logged in (obviously) and see a posterboard view of five events all with images, event title, location, date, times but no detail text.

    Hi Caroline,

Everything looks fine now, but if that happens again, the reason is mainly the cache plugin, do you use one?

I would love to use this plugin, but I find the help completely frustrating. I had a similar issue and they blamed it on Wordfence, one of the most popular security softwares. Now you have a very similar issue, and it’s blamed on the caching plugin. THIS SOFTWARE IS EXTREMELY SLOW. People need the caching software otherwise it’s not feasible to use. The software should be compatible with 2 of the most common things to add to WordPress – security and caching softwares.

    Hi @kimhydrangea,

Please create a new topic with details of your issue and we will try to solve the problem.

    Thanks,
    Ben
