All images vanished after bulk smush it

Hi,

All the images from our site have vanished after a bulk smush it. There are a few forums about this topic, but they’re all closed and don’t seem to offer any actionable insight. One suggested that images appeared after 24 hours, unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case for us.

The images are all still in the media library, and I can see the thumbnails (unlike others who say they vanished completely) but they don’t appear on the site (www.catchycopy.co.uk). We are running W3TC, which some threads suggest is the problem, but to be honest none of us know enough about caching etc to understand why or how to fix it. Disabling both plugins has done nothing.

Any help anyone can give on this would be much appreciated – we have an advanced slider on the home page I’m not looking forward to having to make from scratch again!
