Well, it’s pretty tough to optimize images that don’t live on your own server. It appears that only two of them are hosted locally, and I can’t see the full path from what you posted, but you could put that folder (…ess-instagram-feed/images/) in the Folders to Optimize setting, and take care of those. I would see if you can find a plugin that would pull in those images locally and cache them on your own server. Perhaps you could even make that a feature request for the folks developing the instagram plugin you are using.
