All images not offloaded

Hi @crusin316,

It doesn’t look like your domain is connected to Cloudflare. I can see that it’s on Cloudways. But there are no Cloudflare headers on your site.

Hey, our hosting is with cloudways but our dns is loading from cloudflare, certain images are loading from cloudflare after offloading images using your plug-in, but many images show offloaded in media and they do show up in cloudflare image section but they are not loading on the website

@crusin316, could you please post a direct link to a working image from Cloudflare?

Also a new issue has happened now, i deleted the api key and added a new one to see if it solves the issue but now with new API key it doesnt seem to be working.

@crusin316, ok, the images are there – that’s good. But when you replace the above link, the imagedelivery.net with example.com/cdn-cgi/imagedelivery (using your domain), you should see a response from Cloudflare (see my site -> https://vcore.au/cdn-cgi/imagedelivery/). The error should be Account is incorrect, however, in your case, the request is routed to your page. Are you, by any chance, bypassing Cloudflare on the DNS – Records setting for your domain?

Hey, no we haven’t set any bypass or anything in cloudflare in our dns we really aren’t sure what is going on and why this isn’t working.

@crusin316, unfortunately, there’s not much that can be done from the plugin side, besides disabling custom domains. You can contact Cloudflare support and they should be able to assist on what setting to change on their side to make this work.
