All Images not converting to webp version.

Do you receive any sort of error during the optimization process? Also, can you provide an example of an image which doesn’t convert to WebP?

Does this issue happen for new images that you upload?

Also, have you checked to see if all of those image sizes are registered in the backend? You’ll need to do this so that Optimus sees there are new sizes that need to be optimized. No not for new images. Yea all the cropping is done successfully I have a problem only in conversion.

Can you try running the regenerate thumbnails plugin on an image that isn’t working and once the thumbnails have been regenerated try optimizing the image for WebP again with Optimus.

The latest version of Firefox supports WebP however IE doesn’t. If you have the WebP option enabled in Cache Enabler your images should fall back to their original format for non-supported browsers.
