all images in media dont exist

  • Hi, everything is working fine with the plugin – just the all the media files seems to dont exist. they appear ok in the site but when I go to the Media menu I see all the imgs from the original site as “non existing”
    I would like to start with no media at all – and all images on the duplicated site to come from the original site.

  • I’ve the same problems. It copied the all the content but images. Instead it’s referring to the images in the new site from old site. For example if I copy Site2 from Site1, Site2 Media folder is empty but images are being pulled from Site1 when viewing Site2 pages.

    It seems we need to do uploads’ transfer manually while the devs are unavailable: the only way is to go to FTP client and copy all the files from the uploads folder of the copied blog to the folder of the new blog.

    I think still images will be referred from old site which is not right.
