• Last night I was tweaking my Revolution Church wordpress theme and after I put in my feedburner address all images on the homepage suddenly disappeared. I checked my cpanel and they are all still there, but on homepage they are gone. The rss button, the gallery, the header logo, the post thumbnails, all of it gone. Also for some reason the very bottom footer bar that has the copyright, etc turned blue.

    https://loveandhenryrollins.com

Can anyone help me? Does anyone have the fix, hack, or?

This really sucks because this is a private blog not meant to be seen by the world…at least not yet.

And now all the images have disappeared from posts, too. And I noticed the wordpress logo has disappeared from the dashboard.

Why is this happening? Why, why, why?

    -Double check image path.

-A plugin may have interfered. So try deactivating all plugins. If the problem goes away, activate them individually to find the cause.

    – If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific issue.

-if that does not resolve the issue, try increasing memory available for php.

I don’t understand what you mean by double check image path. I’ve gone to my cpanel and all my images are still in the files. I’ve deactivated or deleted all the plugins. Nothing happened, no images reappeared.

I don’t understand where I would find the codes to increase the memory.

Thanks for all your help. It’s very much appreciated.

Oh, and also I switched themes, but the images are still missing.

So, it’s likely a memory issue? I have Hostgator. How can I find out how much memory I am allowed?

Contact your host and ask them. They should know.

    Use wp-config.php
follow the link I mentioned before.
    Here it is again:
    increasing memory.

Thanks t-p. That didn’t work. Hostgator can’t figure it out either. I found a kid on Craigslist who’s looking into it.
