All images failing, stable server down

Hello.

Where do you see such errors? can you send a screenshot? or plugin logs

What happened to the thread? There was several users reporting same issues, now they replies are gone?

First, I want to tell you that your plugin is excellent and that I have been using it for at least 2 years. For 3 weeks, the server is sometimes displayed in “down”. I’m having a lot of trouble compressing images. Before everything worked perfectly.

I have the problem which occurred at the same time on completely different sites and hosts (France and Canada)

I haven’t changed anything on my sites in 2 years. I really think there is a problem on the server side that is no longer keeping up with the load.

Ok. It seems that many users have more or less same issues. I think also there is a problem with crunching server not being able to handle the load. So I would suggest merging the topics in the same thread, its obvious the issues is on your side, not ours.

We use one of the free servers to optimize images. There have been problems on this server for some time due to the load. Unfortunately, we can’t fix it. It remains to wait.

Wait for new server or?

Server 2 allways fail with this message “Server responded an HTTP error 500”

If the “free” servers are no longer important to you, then you should perhaps no longer offer a free version because the bad ratings are starting to arrive on the page of this very good plugin (before).

It’s really unfortunate the turn of events. But such good service could not last I think.

You also don’t have an unlimited subscription. I will have to turn to another plugin. ??

starting this morning we might say the system is completely down.until this morning I was able to do some optimization with numerous retries but starting today it is impossible to get a single image to optimize. Time to switch to something new. If you are in search for a new free server for RIO you might try Oracle Cloud, it offers free 12 core 24 Gb RAM instance on ARM64
