Hi there, the plugin works great and I am considering buying the pro version, but one thing makes it not usable to me: when I load the page, ALL images are loaded, regardless what the preload percentage option is set to. The Scrollsequence element is not in the viewport when the images are loaded. I am using the shortcode. What could cause this issue?

    Hi @arne-cordes

I understand you’re having issues, I’m happy to help you out.

Scrollsequence loads only a few images on page load, the remaining ones are preloaded in the background, so it does not block rendering.

What is set on your “Image?Preload Percentage”?setting on the?Scrollsequence >? Dashboard > Options panel?

Could you please also share with us the page with this issue, so we can have a look?

    Looking forward to your response.

    Kind regards,
    Jamie

Hi Jamie, thank you for your response. Now I understand it is the intended way the plugin works. The additional images are loading in the background indeed, so I guess it works fine.

    Best,
    Arne
