    I installed and activated the plugin and clicked on the blue ‘Open phpMyAdmin’ button.

    All I can see is an empty white pages with “Refresh, or please, stop trying to break in.” at the top.

    I deactivated all plugins except WP phpMyAdmin and nothing changed.

    I’m using Chrome browser on a very new Windows 10 laptop.

    Yes, yes, yes. It works!

    I had to deactivate all the other plugins to get it to work so perhaps the security plugin clashes with WPphpMyAdmin. Anyway I’m now able to access the database on a test website which is hosted somewhere that doesn’t even have a control panel.

    @marion , can you tell me which plugins you have? I want to find the conflicting plugins and will solve that problem too.

    I started making a list of the plugins then got the bright idea to check with all plugins activated except Wordfence security plugin. Your plugin worked fine so it’s Wordfence that’s preventing WP phpMyAdmin from working ??

    You’ll probably want to check it with the other popular security plugins.

    Good,I will check why WordFence breaks it. I wil check for iThemes and Sucury security too (they are also great plugins)

    I’m working with a similar issue. After deactivating all plugin except for phpmyadmin I am redirected too white page suggesting I go too support page. Thank you for your help..

    Also, tell me if you use multisite on did you activate plugin on SUB-SITE or in NETWORK?

    Thanks to all who reported this problem. In the latest version (updated today) the problem has been fixed.

    Can you show me that using teamviewer?

    Please don’t ask for access to users computers in the forums. When you offer to get admin access and/or remote access then you’re really going too far and that’s not cool.

    If you are given admin credentials, you are potentially liable for any potential damage that maybe caused, not only by yourself but anyone accessing the system. Even if you do not provide warranty with your own product.

    Unless you’re willing to take responsibility for that user’s installation from now on (and they should NOT let you do that) then please do not ask or suggest that someone provide you those admin or FTP details.

    You can provide assistance here, ask for log data, you can make recommendations and even suggest changes. But do not seek admin, remote or FTP access. That’s just going too far.

    Hi @steven.
    Sorry, I agree with you. That was my first cooperation with the bug that I was unable to handle, and didnt know the other way to check that error.
    However, thanks to one user, who helped me already.

    Thanks for recommendations, I will never ask that here again.
