All Homepage Traffic Redirected to wp-login.php

    Our site suddenly started to redirect home page traffic to wp-login.php.

    We only had 3 redirects & none of them pointed to that link or a non-existant page. We deactivated, and now the site functions with no problem.

    There have been a few reports of this, and I’ve never been able to reproduce it, or get access to a site where it is happening. I think it’s maybe a caching issue, or something like that. Redirection isn’t causing the redirect directly – it’s WordPress thinking you need to be logged in – but a cached redirect may be causing that.

    The problem always disappears when I get to investigate it. If you are able to reproduce it on something that I can see then I’ll take a look.
