    We are 22 hours further, nobody has re[plied to my plea. Who else has installed Icegram, rainmaker and Emailsubscribers? How can it be possible that all mails, all addresses, all trace that we actually worked with this program has vanished???? Has anybody experienced this before? We lost so much due to this, more than 1000 contacts are gone! Please somebody help us here!

    The plugin does not delete any data by itself.
    Even if the plugin is deactivated or deleted, the data would still remain in the database.

    Kindly check if there was any recent issue witht the database. Also, ask the host for the whole data backup and try restoring it some where.

    Kindly let me know your views on the same.

    Adding to the above reply, we do not store any data at our end. All the data is always stored on the server where the website is hosted on.

    @gudrunf

    Was your host able to provide you with the backups?
    Do you have a backup exported of all your subscribers previously?
    Kindly let me know your views on the same.
