    I have multiple forms using NINJA Forms that have all been working fine up until 12th June this year.

    The forms are filled in and I can see the submissions via the Ninja Dasboard but nothing is getting to my Outlook 2016 app on my PC.

    I checked at the server end and lo, there are all the files in the SPAM folder at the server end but they were never sent to my PC at all, just held at the server. Also, the headet title didnt have the word SPAM: included which is what the host would normally do.

    I changed the email address on the Ninja Form to my personal one. it did the same and sent the form straight to spam.

    Im at a loss, what to do?

We are saddened that you have to face this issue, We suspect that email not getting delivered to Outlook, is an internal issue related to email configuration. As far as the email falling in spam is concerned we would suggest you to contact your email service provider and get your TXT records checked, as the issue might be due to low spam scores.

    If you require further specific assistance to your issue we recommend opening a Support ticket with us.
