All form entries going to spam

    Hi. We are having a problem where all of our form entries are being marked as spam. This has happened since installing this plugin. Are there any known issues that might cause this? When I deactivate the plugin, identical form entries are not flagged. We are also using Gravity pdf and Really Simple Captcha if that helps.

    Hey @griftim,

    No known issues that I’m aware of, but we’ll do some testing. In the meantime, have you deactivated all other plugins temporarily to determine if it’s due to a conflict of some kind?-

    Hey @griftim,

    We weren’t able to recreate any issues in our testing. Do you have Javascript enabled when submitting the entries? The method employed by this plugin will send submissions to spam if the visitor does not have Javascript enabled. Also, did you get a chance to do any further testing to determine if the issue persists if the other plugins are temporarily inactive?
