All figures stay at 0

  • Hello,

    Sorry to bother but I don’t understand why all my figures stay at 0? I did everything you said… Could you please help me?

  • @armelle, does your shortcode have smartquotes? I noticed that copying and pasting shortcode into a page or code from certain sources copies the smartquotes instead of normal quotes and it can cause an error. Just a thought! Good luck! ??

    By removing the quotation marks that were copied and pasted in AND THEN manually RE-typing them did just the trick.

    Will have to remember this for any other plugin that might have this issue.
