All fields in Edit Post and Create Post have disappeared

After solving the problems with the password weakness and registering a new user, now the two forms I use to add a CPT and to edit the CPT have lost all their form elements, leaving just the submit buttons.

After a week to resolve the previous issue, if I cannot get a response very soon, I’ll have to start recreating them as my client cannot be kept waiting. However, if you can have a look, I’ll put the client off.
