All fields for Lead object not appearing in mapping dropdown

  • When I attempt to map a gravity forms field to a Lead object field, I don’t see all Lead object fields in the dropdown. My guess is there is some sort of limit to how many object fields are pulled into that dropdown. I’ve worked, via video call, with a developer who manages a Microsoft Dynamics database and we can’t find a reason that some fields belonging to the Lead object would not be pulled into that dropdown. We are at a loss of how to continue with field mapping. Any ideas from your team would be appreciated.
