All fields are not submitted

not submitting the all fields values to the mailchimp

At the moment the plugin is designed to only submit name and email.
Any other custom fields will not be submitted.

Possibly in a future release I might include the ability to allow more mailchimp parameters/fields.

I would like to put in a vote for this feature as well. I’d love to be able to capture additional volunteered information like a Phone number…
