All Facebook Reviews are not showing

Yes in free mode you can import 10 reviews in one step.

I also experienced this issue but what happened with my case is that when I downloaded/ refreshed the facebook reviews, all of the old reviews were gone. Now, no facebook reviews are showing up.

What can I do with this?
