    Hi there,

Was just checking the events pages on a couple of websites I made and none of my styling is working anymore.

    https://128sqnatc.org.uk/events/
    https://semidsatc.org.uk/events/

When inspecting the page all the events display in one big list of p tags, there’s no containing div around each event. I remember before there were div’s with classes like event, event-list, start date etc but they don’t show anymore?

The date date, title, location don’t show up either?

Has this happened from the update?
How can I get it back to how it was?

    Thanks,
    Stuart

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Since version 0.8.0 and the usage of custom post types the “events” slug is used to show the events permalink (which is not really useful at the moment, but will be implemented in a later version). So what you see is not your page with the event-list shortcode, it is overwritten by the permalink structure.

There are 2 possibilities to solve this issue:

    • change the slug of your page to something else than “events”
    • change the permalink slug for the events to something different (an option is available in the event-list settings page frontend tab)

In a future release the events permalink will be implemented correctly. Then the events permalink page should look similar to a page with the event-list shortcode.

    Brilliant, that worked!

    Thanks,
    Stuart

I am having this same problem (my page slug is calendar, not events) AND I can no longer type into the time or location fields in the admin.

Did not work for me. Changed the slug and the shortcode.
    Any ideas?
