    I just updated 2 extensions:
    OpenTickets – Display Options: 2.0.0
    OpenTickets – General Admission – Multiple Pricing: 2.0.1

    No change, all event areas are still missing, and incorrect order forms shown on event pages.

    Hey @thetallguy,

    Glad to hear you have been using our plugin for some time now. Sorry to hear that you seem to be running into some trouble. I think I may know what is going on here though.

    The OpenTickets 2.0+ update was a big one. It was so big that any 1.0.x extensions no longer work with it, so it is good that you updated your extensions too. Other big changes are focused on the event areas specifically.

    Essentially the 2.0.x update changed how event areas are handled. Previously they were ‘a part of ‘ a venue. Now they are their own idea completely. As such, instead of editing them under the venue, they have their own menu item, called ‘Event Areas’ (with an orange icon that looks like a chair).

    Because of this big location change, with little indication that it happened given to you, I am thinking that you may be looking for the event areas under the venue itself, instead of in the new location under it’s own menu. If this is the case, great! That problem sounds like it could be solved. If not, well we will need to look into it further, because there could be another thing causing them to not appear.

    You also mentioned that the ‘order form’ is wrong on event pages, maybe indicating that it is pulling the form for the wrong event. This does seem like a strange issue. I would like to see that in action if you have an example I can look at. The link you provided above seems to be to a ‘we will be back soon’ page. I am ready to help on this for sure, but I will definitely need something to look at first ??
