    Hi @miniminimini,

    Thanks for reaching out!

As the entry management page is a paid feature, it seems that you are using the paid version of WPForms.?

If you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance? From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.

    Thanks!

can it be that the subscription ended and we can’t see it? we don’t have the previuos licence or any info about it as other company was responsible for the website, if we buy a new licence, will we be able to see our old entries again?

is there a possibility to know which of the versions we had, to keep the same functionality later

    Hi @miniminimini,

Please know that WPForms Lite does not store form submissions in WordPress, though you can certainly set up form notification emails to send form submission details to your preferred email address(es).

To get details if you were using WPForms Lite or WPForms Pro, you can go to WPForms > Tools > System Info:

Then you can go to the Plugins page on your site, and check if you’re using WPForms Lite or WPForms Pro. If you’re using WPForms Lite, it does not have a way to load entries saved from WPForms Pro. Because of this, the forms are not showing any entry.

To solve this, you could deactivate WPForms Lite and activate WPForms on the Plugins page.

But in case you’re using WPForms Pro and the forms are without any entry, you will need to drop us a line through our contact page. You’re welcome to include a link to this post. Our support team will try to assist you in the best way we can!

I apologize that we’re not able to respond to paid version questions here in the www.remarpro.com support forums for the free version, so I really appreciate your help.

    Thanks!

    Hi @miniminimini,

We haven’t heard back from you in a few days, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
