All Emails Blocked

  • Hi Everyone,

    I have set up Easy WP SMTP and it is set up correctly, however all of my emails are bouncing back with the following error:

    This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

    [email protected]
    host outlook-com.olc.protection.outlook.com [104.47.1.33]
    SMTP error from remote mail server after pipelined MAIL FROM:<[email protected]> SIZE=1659:
    550 5.7.1 Service unavailable, Client host [107.173.194.194] blocked using Spamhaus. To request removal from this list see https://www.spamhaus.org/query/ip/%5B107.173.194.194%5D (AS3130). [VE1EUR01FT015.eop-EUR01.prod.protection.outlook.com]

    I have checked on the Spamhaus website and neither my domain or IP Address is on the blocked list. I don’t know why my emails are being blocked from going to Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo etc? I am setting up a WooCommerce store so it is pretty important that I can send confirmation emails. Any ideas why this is happening?

  • Hi,

    Our plugin only transports the e-mails to and from. We have no control if an e-mail address is blocked or not. Have you spoken to your host about this issue?
