All email notifications (inbound/outbound) not working

    Hello,

    I have 2 websites hosted in Hostgator. One of the websites is not sending or receiving any email notificaions (www.indiangroceries.nl).

    example page for notifications https://indiangroceries.nl/contact/

    None of the email notifications are working (new user registration, email confirmation, contact us, orders, order confirmation)

    Even the email account change in settings which needs a confirmation is not working.

    Can you please help as my ecommerce website is set for official launch in few days.

    Hi there!
    It looks like the email address that’s got the ownership of the Jetpack account is different than the email address appearing on your Contact page.

    Have you double checked with your email provider to make sure that everything is working okay with that email address? That sounds more like an email-related issue than a Jetpack one!

    Keep me posted on that and let me know if there’s anything else I can do to help you sort it out!

    Hi Stef,

    Thanks for your response. The email address I am using is working fine as I was able to send or receive emails. I guess the issue seems to be something related to hosting server that is used to send the email from wordpress. So I tried using an SMTP plugin (WP Mail SMTP) and used Mailgun provider. This solved my issues and all email notifications are working fine now.
