  • Hi there,

The plugin will work with Akismet spam filter, is that the plugin you are using? It should only send messages to spam where Akismet flags them as such, so this is very odd behaviour. Do you have any other plugins installed that could be causing the problem?
The best way to check is disable them all and then add back in one by one, testing as you go.

    I hope that helps!

Oh shit! I got it cause of Akismet plugin. I deactivated and contact form working fine now. Can you suggest me any other anti-spam plugin which will not conflict with this contact form plugin?

I thankful to you for make a great plugin and it’s for free! Thumbs up for you Mr. megnicholas

    Hi there,

The contact form works only with Akismet. In your case Akismet is not working on your site.
Have you checked what happens when you add a comment, does that always get put in spam?

The other alternative is to use recaptcha instead, which will stop bots from filling in your form automatically.

I email myself and always got mail went to spam folder. Please tell me how I can integrate recaptcha plugin with this nice plugin.

    Hi there,

Google recaptcha is integrated into the contact form. All you need to enable it is to tick the box ‘Use reCAPTCHA :’.
You can get a google recaptcha keys here.

    Hi Meg!
The most important aspect to my site being a photographer is my contact form, I recently have lost potential business because my email are going to spam in my gmail account. Is there a way to fix this without having a captcha? I don’t want a captcha.
