All downloads not shown in admin pages

Hi – I’ve been using delightful downloads on one of my sites for quite some time and love the way it works. However, I have just done a fresh install of WP 4.9.1 and am now having problems with the plugin (I know its not tested/certified with 4.9.1 yet).

As far as I can tell everything is actually “working”, however in the admin pages All Downloads, I can only ever see one download in the list – the most recently added. I can use the search functionality to “find” other downloads but it will only ever show me one even if the search would return multiples. Also on the All Downloads admin page only the Title and File fields are shown for the one download it does display everything else is blank.

I know that all the fields are being updated, the counts are being maintained etc and shortcakes on my pages display everything exactly as I would expect.

I’m assuming the issue to be one with the latest version of WP, however would be good to know if there is anything (other than downgrading) that I can do.
