All Day Events Shortcode Attribute

I’d like to be able to be able select all day events for the short code attribute. For example:

<?php echo do_shortcode( ' [eo_events ondate="+1 day" numberposts="10 ' <strong>allday="1"</strong>); ?>

Is there a way to check for all day events or a similar query directly through the shortcode attributes?
