All CSS Dropped When PHP is Added to Header

I have the latest version of this plugin, but when I go to drop in the necessary php to activate Gtrans in the header, all of my CSS is dropped and the site becomes completely broken in Firefox, safari works great.
Any idea on a fix for this? — Thank you!
