All Counts Missing

    We deactivated all plugins to troubleshoot an issue not relative to this app. When all plugins were reactivated, all the counts were lost for individual posts. The geographic data file was updated in an effort to restore the counts, but they still show as 0. Please advise.

    here at my site it’s the same: all counts disappered after probably an update of the counter. Please help.

    As well the former shortcode didnt work any more and I had to embed all new again.

    please solve this issue.

    Hi,

    The latest changes were undone. Please install the plugin again using the most recent release, and then everything will return to how it was before.
