All counters wrong

Hello,

I have your widget in my sidebar on my site https://www.acide-ici.fr , and all the counters are wrong. It shows 0 for Facebook likes, Youtube channel ans G+. Although I may be wrong in Youtube an G+ configs (I do not understand very well how it works between my different accounts), it shows 3123 followers instead of 3511 and 0 likes instead of 847. Could you provide some help ?
