    Hi,

    We have been using the plugin for over a year, and two days ago we manually clicked the sync button, it seems to have synced all the contacts including those that had never signed up to our newsletter.

    I checked if the ‘Sync new non-subscribed contact‘ and that isn’t checked. I have contacted Mailchimp support but they say the issue is with the plugin.

    Any idea what is going on? We have had to manually archive thousands of emails…we are on the latest version of the APP and latest version of WP + WooCommerce.

    Hi @alikassar Sorry to hear this – In order to better assist, can you provide the URL and Enable the?Remote Diagnostics?feature found in the plugin’s Settings tab. This allows the Mailchimp for WooCommerce development team to diagnose and fix the issue remotely.

    Swing back around when enabled so we can help you out as much as possible

    Additionally, can you enable the debug logs please? Advanced troubleshooting can be conducted with the logging capability turned on. By default, it’s set to “standard” and you may toggle to either “debug” or “none” as needed. With standard logging, you can see basic information about the data submission to Mailchimp including any errors. “Debug” gives a much deeper insight that is useful to share with support if problems arise.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the delay in responding, I have disabled the plugin since it would sync all the contacts again once I enable it.
    Is there no way to disable syncing of contacts from a settings page somewhere on the app and just sync the donations? we have had over 12K donors being added to our mailing list who never had signed up..
