• Hello,

    As of lately ( since updating the plugin and WordPress ) the reCaptcha V3 on ContactForm7 stopped working and all messages are marked as spam because of this.

    We have tested default template and the issue continues to occur.
    The message that “the message has not been sent” keeps occuring but as soon as we remove the public and private reCaptcha keys in ContactForm7 settings ( so we remove that integration through settings) the message is sent correctly again.

    Any change people have more issues and can creator look at this? We get no specific console log messages related to this.

  • Is the the reCAPTCHA badge showing on your site when you register form reCaptcha V3?

    If you’ve registered correctly for reCAPTCHA v3 (by following the instructions at reCAPTCHA v3) & it’s working, you should now see the reCAPTCHA Privacy badge displayed at the bottom of every page on your site (not just the pages where you’ve got CF7 forms).

    If the reCAPTCHA badge is not showing, this shows that reCAPTCHA v3 is not working on your site.

    The badge is showing correctly on the bottom right on every page of the website. Usually red text indicated something is wrong but no red text with errors about invalid key or not working situation.

    Please include a link to your form in your original question – so others can examine what is happening on your form in detail.
