ALL Codes from Header File are Lost

  • Hello. Today I updated education Hub theme.

    Now all of my codes from Headerfile (One signal Push, Google Analytics, AMP, Adsense) all these codes are missing from the header file. How????

    Hello @saimrasheed,

    All of your code is lost upon update to the latest version is because you have directly added all of your custom code in the original parent theme. If you do so then all of your modification will be lost upon update to the latest version.

    So we strongly recommend going through the child theme if you have to make any modification in your theme through the custom code. In such way, the code won’t be lost even if you update your theme.
