All checkout information not imported to AC

  • Hi there!

    WC-AC is importing tags, email, name, and phone number to Active Campaign, but it is not importing the rest of the contact information such as company name, billing address, etc. What can I do to fix it?

    Hi there – I’m afraid it doesn’t do that and there are no plans to make such changes at the moment. It would be possible to add the company name as Active Campaign does have a ‘standard’ organisation field. I do plan to add this but haven’t got round to it.

    Other fields are usually custom (on ActiveCampaign) so it is not a trivial change as each installation will need to map WC fields to their custom AC fields. The best advice I can offer is to checkout ActiveCampaigns own WordPress plugin for WC integration (if you have a ‘Plus’ plan) and see what fields are supported.
