All checkboxes are unchecked everytime

After I updated from 4.0 to 4.0.1 all checkboxes in plugin config now are unchecked. And if try to check them and save, all checkboxes turns to unchecked again. (It seems plugin still works, but now I can’t see which options are turned on)
My WP version is 3.7.1
