All changes visible when logged-in — invisible when logged out

Several bizarre things happening here. I’ve made extensive changes to the theme, background, etc. They are visible on the permalinks to the posts (an example: https://orlandocorporatemagician.com/blog/2013/04/23/recent-tv/ ) but when you visit the page you see the default theme “out of the box” with the “hello world” post which was long ago deleted (https://orlandocorporatemagician.com/blog
Other possible clues(?):
– There is no “kitchen sink” in the posting area
– There is no trash folder in the dashboard
– There was an error related to WP Supercache — I deactivated the plugin to see if that helpedAny help greatly appreciated,
