All cache options are greyed out except

    Why are all options greyed out? Only Disk is available. Is this because only free plugin has 1 option?

    Hello @mrsdiva,

    Please go to Performance>Install an there you will see the instructions on how to install memory based caching options.
    If the caching options are greyed out that means that they are not available and the W3 Total Cache did not detect them.

    That worked! thanks! How do I use a different memcache server that is not on the localhost of the php application server? ie if I have 5 different application servers how to I tell them to use a central memcache server? in the wp-config settings?
