My automations were working fine and as expected until last night I had a customer purchase a single product, and for some reason all of my automations sent instead of the one tied specifically to that product. Any idea what’s going on? I’m on Version 3.0.11.

  • The same thing has happened to me too.
You have executed all the automations, sending all the e-mails with access instructions.
    Now no automation works.

This has happened after upgrading to version

Track/sm-click/ has also stopped working, so the links of the emails already sent don’t work for the clients.

    Hi @aebenstein

Apologies for this issue. We’re working on a fix for it. As a temporary solution, downgrading your core plugin to 3.0.8 should help.

Hi @damianmachnik – I rolled back to 3.0.8 as suggested and now none of my automations are sending.

    Hi @aebenstein

In that case, I advise you to wait. A fix for the issue which causes that filters are ignored is currently being tested.

Is there any update for the fix for this problem – it has been over two weeks since the issue was reported, and nearly two weeks since you advised that a fix was being tested.

I would also like to know what’s going on here. Besides the fact that no solution has been given, my support email thread is dead and my follow up messages are bouncing back. Not a great product or support!

    Hello @aebenstein @sueastech

Please update the ShopMagic plugin to?version 3.0.13. The new version contains fixes regarding the operation of filters and the multilingual module.

We apologize for the waiting time but we had to be sure that we checked all possible scenarios.
