ALL attendees have disappeared from over 30 events

    I have sold tickets to over 30 events with Eventin and this morning I woke up to find that every single ticket and attendee record is gone. I can’t overstate how big of a problem and how large of a disappointment this is.

    My site is running the latest version (3.3.32).

    I am at a loss of what to do to and honestly not sure I trust Eventin to manage events. Has anyone had success solving this?

  • I have the same problem, I lost the attendees to an event in NYC… they told me this by mail:

    Hi,
    We are checking it. Please allow us some time. We will release the latest version of Eventin. And note that, please take a backup before updating. And after updating please clean your all site cache and hope this will never happen. And our all attendees are stored in the wp_posts table.
    In the wpt3_etn_events table there you will find all the Woo orders.

    I can’t find them in wp_post and I am already extremely desperate.

    Was this ever resolved for you? I am having the same problem.

    Hi,
    We have released a new version of the plugin with a fix. Kindly update the Eventin plugin. You may restore a previous backup if needed. We are working on a process of regenerating the missing ones, but it might take a bit of time to give the update.
