All attachment lists have disappeared after upgrade to 2.0.2

I have several pages with a bunch of attachments (mainly pdf files). After upgrading the plugin to 2.0.2, all these pages are now blank, – no traces of the attachments whatsoever…
The shortcode I have on each page is:
[attachments size=small orderby="title ASC" label=doctitle fields="title" target=1]Here’s the address to one of these pages:

The new shortcode generator only produces this:
[attachments template=]– which doesn’t show a thing either.I don’t have any templates, have never had as far as I know, so the pull down menu to select template is empty.
Any help would be appreciated!
