All appointments disappear for no reason

  • All appointments are vanishing. Is this a demo version? How can I pay for client if I dont kwow if the appointments gonna disappear?

    Free version of Webba Booking is fully functional in terms of keeping appointments.

    Please, check the following things:

    1. On the Bookings page make sure you set a proper date range which cover the booking date.
    2. Check the option Delete unpaid bookings on the Booking rules section of the Webba SETTINGS page. If this option is enabled unpaid bookings will be cancelled automatically.
    3. Check the option Deleted pending bookings on the Booking rules section of the Webba SETTINGS page.
